This stew is flavorful and hearty. Serve with fresh bread.
1 lb. Stew meat
3 potatoes
5 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 packet onion soup mix
8 oz. Tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
3 cups beef broth (I just use boillion and water)
Chop the veggies and combine it all in a crock-pot. Some people like to brown the meat but I just throw it in raw. Stew for several hours.

I made this the other day, it turned out pretty good the first day... but the second day it was GREAT. Thanks Tessa, this was a good one to add to my repetoire. Paul loved it.
