3 lbs chicken, cut into chunks
2 eggs, beaten with a fork
Flour
Garlic Salt
Oil
1 can Pineapple Chunks
Sauce:
3/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Pineapple Juice
1/2 C Vinegar
3/4 C Ketchup
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dip chicken in egg, then the flour. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Brown lightly in oil. Make sauce. Mix sauce ingredients together and heat (do not boil). Place chicken and pineapple chunks in baking dish, pour sauce over chicken and bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Accompany with rice.

Keri, I am so glad you posted this recipe or I would have had to hunt you down and force you to give it to me. :) Rich and I LOVED this at the party. It's the best homemade sweet and sour I've had! I can't wait to make it for dinner!
I loved this too, which is saying a lot because I don't usually like sweet and sour sauces. By the way, I still have your black spoon and I'll give it to you the next time I see you.
