Yummy Pasta Salad

Sauce:
4 T olive oil
6 T redwine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T oregano
1/2 t pepper
1 t salt

Mix with a whisk and toss with veges (we grill egg plant, art. hearts, peppers, squash) and pasta.
